Our Mission
We are a non-profit organization interested in the protection of open space and the preservation of sensitive ecological areas in the City of Vista. We are currently in need of a fresh wave of volunteers to join the existing Board of Directors in the execution of our goals.
Minimum Expectations
This is a volunteer role. We expect our leaders to attend roughly 5-6 board meetings per year and to assist with the organization of 1-2 volunteer cleanups per year. This equates to roughly 40-50 hours of service per year from each member of our leadership group.
Experience That We Are Looking For
- Previous Board Member experience.
- Land Conservation or experience in an environmental science field.
- Marketing and content creation.
- Social Media Management
- Fundraising and Event Planning
